CATone V3.0

Each stored key is 10 bytes format compatible with DSR v5.4 ( SID + PMT * KEY without parity bytes)

- 16 Cryptoworks providers added subtracting 48 bytes to keyspace.
- Pressing Epg in Ram editor allows to select 4 working modes:
- both original Nagra - 5 providers and new Nagra - 17 providers (N-5 N-17)
- Cryptowrks (CR + N-5 CR + N-17)
- Cryptoworks CA system is directly accessed by grey key "mute"
- P+ and P- may now be used to cyclically switch Coding system
- Corrected edit mode in PMCT. Pressing OK allows to add a new raw to PMCT ram only if it is not
already present otherwise it will be modified.
- in ECM-DW submenu is now possible to check fixed DCW adding them to pmct ram

CATone V2.6
- Changed Nagra Irdeto Mode Detection.
One byte at offset is 0x208 is checked.
If it is equal to 0x05 (5) then Bin File will be read as a traditional Bin File (N-5)
If it is 0x011 (17) then Bin is read as new type.(N-17)
All other values are forced to be 0x11 (N-17).
Pressing EPG allows to override automatic detection and to manually select desired mode

- Fixed Bugs in nagra providers detection
- Added Enhanced Nagra Irdeto Mode to host 17 nagra providers (HOT>=7.1).
To select this mode press EPG while Ram Editor is ON. This setting is stored and automatically recalled.

- Added Edit Mode in PMT parser. Just select blue tab and OK on the desired line,
and an item will be added at the end of PMCT
- Now it's possible to delete keys and providers. In ram editor just press three times ON/OFF (STDBY) button
on the desired item. A self-disappearing banner will confirm operation.
Deleting a provider cause the deletion of all its keys.

- Key Edit select CA system by rcu colors;
- in case current channel is decripted by emu the editor should start showing actual provider
and key in use marked in red (in Irdeto,Beta it only shows 1st Iredto provider);

IT is still not complete and to improve it.
known issues:
- Not possible to edit PPUA, HMK,PMK, etc etc. for AU (TO do but the only one needed is Irdeto cause others are not AU)
- Not possible to edit Conax Keys (I think nobady will have patience to write 128 bytes by hands)
- PMT parser is missing (on going)
- Problems on 16/9 screens or some clipping while editing keys in some 4/3 (I have to compoct keys).
