i have failure of receptions of transporders ON HOTBIRD
11278 H 27500 2/3 8PSK
11449 H 27500 2/3 8PSK
12466 V 27500 3.4 QPSK

ALL OF THEM SDB S2 AND HD CHANNLES

i tried to factory reset the reciever and after reset i lose the newcamd and cas options in module ??????how to get them back although i update the reciever with the latest firware

but my problem is know with the firmware , i have missing server setting option in the module option after factory reset

in eternet (cas) menu, press the red record button, and enter "1234", you'll see the server setting option coming up.
