[recordTimer] Fixed the issues: 1- that a finished timer with 'go to standby' as action when done, would prompt for Standby while watching IPTV. 2- that a finished timer with 'Deep Standby' as action when done, would be ignored when a streaming client was active. Now at end, the request is converted to a Standby one, and the user was prompted (with the conversion noted). 2a- Also: a finished timer with 'go to standby' as action when done, when a streaming client is active: at end, the user is prompted (with the standard prompt message only).

Reverted, as this is required by the new EPG-search options. The lay-out is fontsize/width dependant (a percentage of), so the actual lay-out in the skin is very much dependant on the font size used and the allowed width. This commit has been thouroughly tested, using both orbital position On and Off, using the skins ViX-HD, Magic-HD, Magic-FHD & YouVix; other skins might need to be adapted to these values.
